I am writing this revue as Rosemary Trayner My husband died on 18th October and Rachael at ML Williams did everything for me. I couldn’t have had better service it was second to none. Thank you.

The support and practical help given to arrange such a sad occasion was excellent. Every request was dealt with efficiently and sympathetically. Each member of the team was kind, patient and helpful in providing all we needed as a family to celebrate our loved one's life.

I was made to feel at ease straightaway by Rachel Hannan, the funeral director. She is polite, warm, and very respectful. She guided me through the procedure after my husband passed away and I trusted her professionalism. I was given all the time I needed, and offered tea/coffee/water each time I went to the funeral parlour. Leanne helped me with the technology required to upload photos and was very warm and professional, too. All in all, I can’t thank both these women enough for taking away my worries about planning the funeral.

LEIGH was our funeral arranger. She was absolutely wonderful. Kind, respectful and compassionate. A lovely person, who helped us plan the funeral, down to the smallest detail.

AILEEN was the guiding hand on the day. She ensured that everything ran smoothly and gave the reassurance and guidance that we all needed. have used m l williams for both my dad and my mums funerals and have had excellent service both times. helped with all aspects especially with dads when it was first funeral we had to organise. took us through everything with care and respect.
